* No maintenance: From my experience Zoom cars are very well maintained.
* Zoom car also pays for your fuel filled. So this makes it very cheap self driving rental.

* Transparency in booking is a plus with zoom car. everything happens online. No hand Cash . so customer will always have a proof of bills.
Cons from zoom car:
There are not much as i am a big fan of this. Still i could find some.
* Returning deposit money has eaten up lot of time for few customers. So always be ready for some delay in refund.(But they will keep you posted on everything)
* Lack documentation on cars and their features.its very difficult to go through manual.Zoom Could have kept easy summarized handbook.
* Lately few customers have complained on worn out tyre or clutch plates etc (all minor).
